In Western Australia for example, heading north will see you experience landscapes that rival some of the best in the world. We have the huge sandstone cliffs and river gorges of Kalbarri National Park only a few hours travel from Perth. A little further north, if you like hiking then you will love the walking trails and the spectacular gorges of Karijini National Park. A fresh water swim is a must here - don't worry there are no crocs ! The Kimberley region in my opinion is the most idyllic, beautiful and isolated landscapes that you simply must put on your travel bucket list. By land or by sea the experience will never leave you but linger a lifetime in your heart.
